Please complete your details below if you would like to register to receive your rates notices via email, a verification email will be sent as a part of the registration process, it’s essential that you activate your registration.


Things to be aware of before applying:

  • There can only be one email address for each notice.
  • If there is more than one owner of the property and both owners apply to receive an electronic notice, the e-Rates system will by default send the notice to the most recently registered email address.
  • The registration process will automatically close fourteen (14) days prior to the issue date of any rate notice.

    2024 / 2025 Due Date
    Annual Rates / 1st Instalment Monday, 16th September 2024
    2nd Instalment Monday, 18th November 2024
    3rd Instalment Monday, 20nd January 2025
    4th Instalment Monday, 24th March 2025

  • If the registration has not been received in time for when the next notice is issued, you will automatically receive your rates notice by post.
